1. Product Boundary

Vision Poker is a post-session poker study product. It is designed for reviewing exported hand histories, drilling training spots, tracking study progress, and managing bankroll review after play. Vision Poker is not intended to provide live in-hand advice, live solver output, or real-time assistance while you are actively playing.

2. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for following the rules of the poker sites and games you use. Do not use Vision Poker in any way that violates a poker site's terms, game integrity rules, or applicable law. If a poker site does not allow a workflow, do not use that workflow with that site.

3. Accounts and Access

You must provide a valid email address to create an account, receive login codes, and manage access. You are responsible for keeping your account and recovery key secure. We may block or revoke access if we detect abuse, fraud, repeated misuse of free features, or violations of these terms.

4. Free Access and AI Billing

• Solo training, hand review, Poker Maths and the existing community tools are free during the beta.
• New paid AI subscriptions are unavailable during the beta. Any existing subscription keeps its agreed price and terms.
• The plan includes up to 10 new AI requests per day across coaching and range explanations. The allowance resets at midnight UTC; cached answers do not use a request.
• If an AI subscription payment fails, AI coaching is paused until payment is resolved. Free tools remain available.

5. Cancellation and No Refunds

You can cancel from the Account tab in Vision Poker. AI coaching continues until the end of the paid period. All other tools and saved progress remain available for free. Existing subscriptions are not automatically repriced.

We do not offer refunds. This includes monthly renewals, yearly plans, partial billing periods, unused time, and accidental renewals. Cancel before your next billing date if you do not want to continue.

6. Free Leak Audit

The free leak audit is a limited acquisition and evaluation feature. We may limit repeat free reports by email address, currently with a 30-day cooldown, and may prompt returning users to create a free account instead of generating unlimited free reports.

7. Hand Histories and Study Data

Vision Poker analyzes hand histories and study inputs to produce review queues, drill recommendations, study summaries, and training feedback. Bankroll tracking is based on manual ledger inputs such as sessions, deposits, withdrawals, and corrections. The analysis is educational and may include estimates or heuristics. It is not financial advice, gambling advice, or a guarantee of poker results.

Your confirmed username is permanent and cannot be changed. It is public on tables, in chat and, if you opt in, on the study scoreboard. Choose carefully and do not include your email or private information. Your avatar appearance and invitation preferences remain editable.

Learning-path study points are non-transferable participation records with no monetary value, redemption, ownership rights or entitlement to any future cryptocurrency or token. They are separate from poker chips, financial results and demonstrated proficiency. The optional weekly scoreboard displays your permanent username and weekly points only. Points are capped at 50 per UTC day; playing hours, stakes, losses, rebuys and paid subscriptions do not earn or multiply them. Poker Maths participation XP is separate from scoreboard points and unlocks cosmetic clothing, not monetary rewards or proof of skill.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, change, pause, or remove features as the product develops. We try to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
